Dear Friends,

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Doctor Charlie and his helping hand Mister Lucky have decided to call it a day.

Continuous technical problems and disastrous technical conditions with which the station had to cope for many months, are not compatible anymore with the quality that Charlie wants to offer to the listeners.

Here's the message we received from Doctor Charlie yesterday:

 Hello everybody,

After 32 years on Radio Libellule and Libellule FM on 107.8 MHz, I have no other choice than to stop the broadcast of BSS for the time being.

I sincerely regret to have to make that decision, and I hope we'll meet again on the airwaves, sooner or later, here or somewhere else.

C'est avec tristesse que nous avons à vous faire part de la décision prise par le Docteur Charlie et son bras droit Mister Lucky, de suspendre les émissions de Blue Suede Shoes.
